• All subscription and listing fees paid by vendors are
non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time, but the
cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining
period of the subscription.
• In case of an erroneous charge, vendors may request a
refund by contacting our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
• Buyers purchasing products/services from vendors must adhere to the individual
vendor’s refund and cancellation policy.
• Vendors are responsible for clearly stating their refund and cancellation
terms in their listings.
• If a vendor fails to deliver the product/service as described, buyers may
raise a dispute through the marketplace’s dispute resolution process
• Buyers and vendors should attempt to resolve disputes amicably
before escalating to marketplace support.
• If a resolution is not reached within a reasonable time
frame, the marketplace will mediate the dispute and make a final decision based on
evidence provided by both parties
• The marketplace’s decision on refunds and cancellations is
final and binding.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
used for the transaction.
• Any transaction fees incurred during payment processing may
be non-refundable
